Tickets from the phone service: tel. 0600 900 900 (1,97 €/min + local network rate, at 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.) Delivery of tickets electronically or by mail. The R-kiosks serve as a ticket delivery points throughout the country.

The ticket office will open one hour prior to the concert at the venue.

Ticket sales for the Viena Karelia concerts is organised across the Russian border.

The benefit concert in support of the Moberg house is an exception, as tickets for this concert are also sold at the Kuhmo Arts Centre.

Audio and video recording of the performances

Photographing and all forms of recording of the performances are prohibited, and mobile phones have to be switched off.
